In the app (fastest)
- Open Eyecue and go to the Settings tab.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more.
Your account and backup are erased straight away, and you are signed out.
By email (no app needed)
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Eyecue account”, from the address you signed in with, and say whether you used Google or Apple. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your Eyecue account (the sign-in record with your name and email).
- Every script and folder backed up with your account.
- On iPhone, Eyecue's access to your Sign in with Apple account is revoked.
What is not deleted
- Videos and scripts on your phone. They were never uploaded; delete them in the app or remove the app.
- Purchase records, which Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep as the law requires. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your store settings.
- Analytics and crash data, which are not linked to your name or email and expire on the schedule Google sets for those tools.
You can also delete only your scripts: delete them in the app while signed in and the backup copies go too. More in our privacy policy.
