Agreement
By downloading or using Eyecue you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you got Eyecue from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using Eyecue
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Eyecue on devices you own or control. Please do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app, or use it to break the law.
Your scripts and videos
What you write and record stays yours. You are responsible for having the right to use the words, people and places in your scripts and videos, and for how you share them.
Your account
An account is optional and only adds a backup of your scripts. Keep your Google or Apple sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, or as described on Delete your account.
Free version and ads
Eyecue is free to download and use. The free version shows banner ads on some screens, never while you record.
Eyecue Pro subscriptions
- Eyecue Pro is a yearly ($19.99 in the US) or monthly ($3.99 in the US) auto-renewing subscription. It removes ads and unlocks the Pro features shown in the app. Prices in other countries are set by the store.
- The yearly plan may start with a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it turns into a paid subscription.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when the trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Eyecue account does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
- If the price changes, the store tells you in advance, and you can cancel before it applies.
No guarantees
We work hard to make Eyecue reliable, but it is provided as is. We do not promise that it will be free of errors, work on every device, or that voice scroll will understand every voice or accent. Keep copies of scripts and videos that matter.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Eyecue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Eyecue in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes and ending
We may update Eyecue and these terms. If the terms change in a way that matters, we will update this page and its date. You can stop using Eyecue at any time by deleting it and cancelling any subscription.
